Tasks

  • ​Reviewing and revising the graduation projects guide 1439-1440 AH, amending 1440-1441 AH, and the internal regulations governing the graduation projects Ensuring the activation of the rules regulating university and college graduation projects and ensuring their implementation.
  • Coordination between the scientific departments, the college administration, the various departments of the university and the labor market to facilitate procedures related to the implementation of student graduation projects and academic affairs. 
  • Suggesting and finding soluti​ons to any problems that hinder the implementation of the graduation projects of the college students. ​
  • Examining student requests related to obstacles to the implementation of graduation projects referred to it by the heads of scientific departments or the dean of the college.
  • Establishment and follow-up of the college graduation projects database.
  • Submit the minutes of the committee's meetings to the dean of the college for discussion and approval by the college council. 
  • Studying the work assigned to it, submitting proposals and taking appropriate decisions within the limits of the authority granted or delegated by the authority in writing.​
